for the time being, and the immediate future, the 93-95 F-cars with 3.4s are NOT tuneable with the stock PCM. there are a few cars running around with 1227727s and 1227730s however, bascially making an OBD1.5-OBD1 downgrade.

recently, i've been toying with the idea of using the 16196401 from the 94-95 3.4DOHC W-bodies to retain a more factory feel, but that's mainly for FWD applications.

    Thanx for the responce.
Do you know of any vehicles with this computer that would work with my wiring or would I have to re-wire the engine Harness also?

the 1227727s were pretty much limited to W-bodies and corvettes, while the 1227730 was in damn near anything at certain points in time... the 27 is a watherproofed ECM, while the 30 is not.

i made this a while back, it should give you a good idea of what you can find them for 60V6 applications anyway.

and the biggest issue here is the connectors to the ECMs themself, since the 1.5 ECM used connectors that were fairly unique compared to the earlier and later ECMs.

another problem is that the 94-95 automatic transmission uses a "pressure control solenoid" in place of a vacuum modulator, something the mentioned ECMs were never intended to control. there have been some workarounds suggested, but AFAIK, the only ones that were even tested were just swapping to the 93 trans, and potentially throwing the 93 valvebody in the 94-95 case and using the modulator, but i can't guarantee that. the "fanciest" option was to use a TCM to control the transmission the way the factory intended using either an aftermarket controller, or a PCM from the 91-95 4L80E and 4L60E trucks.

700R4's don't use a vacuum modulator, it's all ran off the TV cable.

1989 Camaro RS; Cammed 3500 swap, 45mm ITB's, Street/Strip Kitted 700R4, 3500 stall, Megashifter, 3.73 posi, EQ- LT headers, 3" Hooker Supercomp exhaust, etc...

not computer related. I just had to say that bird is gorgeous!
How to make High performance Emissions:
A "true" High flow converter, straight pipe.
Low/No flow EGR valve, block off plate.
Carbon canister and purge valve mod, place in large 30 Gallon can, cover, and place curbside, the city will do the rest.
PCV valve and vent tube, reroute to exhaust to dump where it belongs, on the ground. Or add breathers and let it all free.
