hi Im josh i work on cars but don't really do internals. I have a 1998 grand prix se stock im looking for some help pin pointing what I should do.

Im looking to do a rebuild anyways
so I want to do a couple mods/swaps

. a 5 or 6 speed manual transmission
. over sized pistons
. is there a stroker kit out there for a 31?
. what can I or should I swap from a 34 or 35?
.what would it take to put a 35 supercharger on it?

Im very thankful for any and all help I can get with my project

swap in a full 3400 or 34/lx9 hybrid if you're look for a fast turnaround. A full 3500 swap would be nice overall.

aside from custom cables and axles, the manual swap isn't all that hard. iirc the 98 gp has the option for an aftermarket pcm flash.

i was thinking of doing the 3400 swap or the 3500 but ive been looking around t my local p@p i've found 3400s all day but the 3500 and the manual trans are harder to find what trans is a straight swap?

what would i all need to swap the f40 6 speed a-side from the trans and what would i have to mod to make fit

F23 5-speeds from 00-02 J-bodies with the 2.2L engine are plentiful in most junkyards.
