    Right hand drive....




    At least that's my assumption as to why he did this... its the only thing I can see that's different.

      Hey if you look back at the thread When i put the Bonneville dash in I had cut the vw firewall to put the bonneville firewall in so hvac unit would work. Then i found the right hand drive and bought it. Then i had a decision to make either try to rebuild the original firewall I chopped up or do something else so I cut the front of the red one off at the factory joints then cut the yellow clip to match amd lined them together and welded them

        So right hand drive wasn't the original objective... but just a nifty extra that came with replacing what you prematurely removed?
