I've been told the 96/97 gaskets are thinner then the 91/95 gaskets (sounds like a much better design), so I would have to say no.

95 gaskets will not fit the 96/97. Just go to the dealer to get the gaskets. They will be way cheaper than anywhere else.

I am not sure about the LIM gaskets..I am almost positive they are cheaper at the dealer. I do have the part #'s for the UIM gasket and the throttle arm gasket that goes between the UIM and the throttle arm.

i already have all the UIM gaskets i got them from rockauto.com.. i knew i have to remove the UIM to do the T-belt so i bought 3 gaskets of each but didnt get a LIM set because wasnt sure if i should do them or not but now i think i am its only going to be an extra 20 mins of work.. expecially it being on a engine stand/ ground

                  Belts are different. 91 - 95 have one belt and 96 - 97 have a different belt.

The 96-97 belt has rounded teeth, the 91-95 has square. 96-97 belts should run cooler with that said.

Cant the new belt be used IF you swap all cogs, the tensioner, and idler?

I would just think swaping the cogs ans main drive pulley and it should work.. i have some investigating to do..

It should, yes. I was going to grab the cogs off of the engine in the yard I got my 96 style heads off of, but had no way to pull the intermediate shaft cog with the engine being in the car still I do believe the idler and tensioner pulleys are all the same, though.
