you could over inflate your tires so they roll easier, at a scrafice to handling/braking/etc. spend more time under 3K, and what i did to save to gas was just do shit at home so i didnt drive for anything but work.

Over inflating tires also has the effect of ruining your tires early.

I got about 27mpg on one stretch of my trip back from Indiana and Ohio. I have gotten over 30 in the past. For those who don't already know, this is in a '93 Sunbird with the 3.1 and 5spd.

Im getting 24 now with my DOHC 5 speed. Cam timing and retuning gave me 4 mpg, 6/6 vs 13 exhaust retard. Ill be swapping stock heads and intakes and stock timing on my car in a while to go to the dyno and compare, as well as compare gas milage.

Got 28mpg on a hundred mile trip to and from at 50-65 mph, not too bad for a 13 yr old car.

I get about 25mpg, not complaining at all about that. My auto was getting about 20ish, then again it was a lot heavier, 4,250lbs.

I find that hard to believe. Likely GVWR instead of curb weight.

                    maybe he meant kilos? lol

Turbo van = 12mpg premium all city driving <-always full of crap

                    Beretta 3100/auto = 20-30 city/hwy

Beretta 3400/auto = 22-28 balls to teh walls

Beretta Q4/5spd = 20-28 balls to the walls <- this should be better but the cam timing is off. Should be more like 35mpg

thats the list of cars i drive usually.

Hey ridgerunner, go to this car domain page and look at the sound system that was in his red car. Then i think you will believe the weight of the red Z.
