few pics and and a video from an outing today.

for some reason the video sounds like i was half throttling it where it actually was around 6k+rpm's.

last one is the video. just wanted to see how the video would come out in the car. camera was held onto the seat by the camera strap and was right at the top of the seat.

might have just been photobucket being gay which is nothing new.

it was probably like 3/4 throttle. should have picked a different road. it was only like a 1000ft (the distance in the video).

that was with the IFR for the wrong injectors. remember. i haven't had it out since you gave me the new IFR but when i started it up to see if my fueling was off it ran stupid rich even past the open loop time and then well it snowed. might take it out wednesday and see if i can tweak it.

i really need one of those hose setups for the garage door. already have the holes in the door just need the hose for the exhaust.

1st one was from a dead stop.. went to 6500-6700 rpm's

2nd one was a rolling punch.. forget what i went to on this one

3rd one was a dead stop to WOT.. didn't get as high or as fast as i was aiming for since like every time i try there is a ton of cars around. so this was a mild run.

any odd noises you hear are from the car. 4 seconds in on the 2nd one is my car making that noise. i was primarily testing the IFR Jon setup for me to see how far off my tune now was. given my wideband it's not too bad. some minor tweaking and it should be good.

Still seems like the PLX display isn't going too rich... You should be in the 12's or 11's with stock AFR targets and the tune spot on, Granted in the end you want to see 12.8 with it getting richer the longer it's in PE relative to RPM... and that last pull you could see the yellow LED still lighting when you were on it.

We might have to meet up and get this tune square and I can teach you some more tricks to work on it yourself.

yeah i noticed it wasn't leaning out the way it used to. it was hitting 12.8-12.9 ish before that was after i found out that my previous tune needed more fuel up top. it was having a hard time getting past 5600ish once i richened it up in the upper range it had no problem pulling to the mid 6k range.

when ever you want to get together is fine with me.

the first video looks like i'm getting ghost bustered.

had a warm day a couple weeks ago and took the car out so i could see if i liked the new tips which i've had since i bought the car 6yrs ago. after the pic i cut some more of the pipe off so they sit back a little further but you get the idea.

also in the pic the muffler wasn't mounted in it's final spot since i was going to pull it off to cut and weld the tips so that's why it's leaning a bit.

the tips are magnaflow 35168....they fit nicely inside the 2.5" pipe

car needs a wash but it's dusty as hell from all the leftover sand on the road.
