Here is a better picture of the Fentons.

I'll run a true dual set up with a minimally restrictive muffler.

I thought about using a velocity stack and a k&n, maybe later.

Like those. You could run the exhaust like a motorcycle, that way there is only one pipe and it would help draw out the gases. Check out Scientific Design of Exhaust & Intake Systems, Philip H. Smith. That book would be great for what you are doing and has a short chapter on the L6 exhaust(could find that on PDF). It also talks about that intake manifold, there is good info there, but no power mods.

A velocity stack is a good idea, just remember length counts(longer for low end, shorter for top end). With this intake you could play with spark plug gap. Like larger for lean cylinders and stock or smaller for rich. The gain would be a smooth running engine.

Nice to see that very needed heat tube.

Looks like someone painted you temp sensor.

You going to have enough room for a V stack? Guess a tapered intake tube would work too.

I have plenty of room for a stack. I do need to measure it though. The old oil bath air cleaner was at least 3" to 4" tall.

Oh yeah, forgot about the vast hood space. Now if you could just hang a small SC on it......nah, but it would fit.

Well, its been a long time and I haven't updated my thread. Now that photobucket is no longer free I will have to try and post photos another way. Since my last post, I have been very busy.
            1) New headliner
            2) New upholstered drivers seat with good bolstering.
            3) New 16" tires and aluminum rims.
            4) New paint.
            5) New interior and exterior door belt weatherstrips
            6) New factory trunk release
            7) New factory hood light.
            New power door lock actuators.
            9) OMG I know I am forgetting something....Oh yeah clutch slave cylinder, alternator ac compressor
            10) The ac is kicking my butt. Can't find my leak. I'm thinking either evaporator or condenser. Everything else is new. :/

Will try and post a picture from my phone.....
