35 ish highway, 12 in the city with the old 3200 stall... probably 10 or less now with the 4K. Kinda makes me want to RPM activate my TCC. lol

robertisaar you should go over to Ecomodder and look at the MPGUINO. Its based off Arduino. It works for any vehicle with fuel injection. Mine is setup to do AVG tank, Average for the "trip" and instant average. It can do many other things also just depends on how techy you are haha.. I have it dialed in on the Odometer and within .1mpg average for the tank so its pretty legit. I always double check the math everytime anyways,

not a problem in that area. Arduino algorithm looks really simple to get into compared to motorola 6811.

for $40, it probably isn't a bad deal, but i'd much rather just run a factory looking piece, i like vacuum fluorescent displays so much more than LCD.

and Dave, even with the ITBs you see that kind of highway economy?

Yeah I could care less about how it looks in the car.. they do some nice stuff to make it look good but I went more for function than fashion haha. Well hopefully you can learn or pick up some cool stuff from Arduino and stuff? Definitely a lot of cool stuff over at Ecomodder.. I also like performance but MPG is definitely nice and just as fun to work at.

Yep, with the higher stall it made it a little easier too with the tuning..

2K-2500 RPM in 4th with the TCC locked is around 70 MPH, that's also about 90 Kpa so it hits the WOT area of the main VE table. Since the converter flashes at 4K i don't need to have it rich from 3500 down like normal. I leaned out that area by 40-50%, along with lean cruse mode it does pretty well. Now if i could just get some extra highway advance i'd be set.

all 60V6 calibrations have it.... either refered to as highway spark or "cat overtemp" spark.

I remember seeing that, i'll have to do some testing on it.

in the Z24 i was able to run the advance into the high 30's/low 40's with LCM enabled. The wideband would swing pretty lean at times but it drove smooth as can be with no KR on 91 octane.
