looking 90 celebrity what to look for?

looking to get a 90 celebrity eurosport wagon with the 3.1 gen 2(? i think) and 4t60 what should i be looking for?

car has a 140k minimal rust (it's michigan) going to test drive it in a few days asking $1400 thinking of offering $1200

also want to know what is different form a base and eurosport to see if it's a true eurosport

difference would be in the suspension, tighter springs, thicker sway bar, tighter rack etc. as far as what to look for, i would look at the area under the throttle body for oil, antifreeze or just a lot of sludge. there is an o-ring that likes to go bad and a funky quick connect fitting for the heater hose that leaks and breaks. other then that, look at all the normal stuff.
