  • -possible new parts- front control arms

i will be personally involved in this one as i want a set too .

you can say what you want but the w-body is a solid handling car with suspension enhancements.

they will be tubular in construction and have poly bushings.

unlike the one time runs, if this gets off the ground, it will be a continual production part that all gen1 w-body members can benefit from, not just the lucky few that jump on board the first time.

BUT, most times in my experience, those who get it first usually get it for the best price b/c we may get underquoted

unfortunately like the runs i have done in the past, there will need to be an upfront committment to get this off the ground.

if we can muster up 9 more peeps, it will be a guarenteed go. any less will be a gamble but possible.

i do not know anything about price yet as he has got to get ahold of a stock set of arms be4 he can give me a ballpark.

this is something that needs to happen and i feel the community is stronger than it was 2 years ago so i am optimistic.

post up if you are interested.

i will put in as a tentative. It will be determined by the price at this point. I really need the car to RUN before I start the suspension work, but it is something I am interested in.

Damn dohcfiend, you do all kinds of stuff for our platform!!
I can say to everybody that the quality of your work has been really good.

Sorry I am not in on the buy, but would be if kid#2 wasn't on the way.

            i understand napatiger.

unfortunately i cannot take full credit, while i do make things happen the quality of work goes to adamantine for those tools.

adamantine is not involved in this. The builder on these is reputable and IMO makes good stuff. i am not supposed to reveal who it is yet.

as far as getting vendors on board, it isn't hard but it isn't free either. It has been my experience that vendors tend to take you more seriously when you buy stuff from them. Seriously.

i have a very vague idea on what they will cost. for the undecided what is your budget and i can pretty much tell you whether or not you'll have the funds.

only definate i can say is they will be more than $200.

look at it this way, a little sacrifice now will really benefit us in the future. On that note, let's go hustle some crack and start pimping our daughters so we can get some parts made.

even if you can't buy them or do not want them personally, find some1 who does want them so if you change your mind or come into some dough they will be available for you in the long run.

alright! 2 definates and 2 maybe's. spread the word.
