is there a truck that this swap might work with, I've never heard of any FWD truck. I am still thinking of getting the motor becuse its in pretty good shape and a cheap price.

I don't understand what you are asking here. Are you asking if there is a truck where that engine and tranny will bolt into, that also happens to be FWD?

Yes, is there a FWD truck that the engine and tranny combo will bolt into. I have never heard of a front wheel drive truck

Ahh, I gotcha now, no there is no truck as in S-10 and such that it will bolt into. If you consider Mininvans to be "trucks" then yes there is, but most of them come with 3.1s or 3400s already. About the only way that 2.8 would be an upgrade is if it was a early '90s Lumina APV, but we are getting off topic here.

I to get the ramble-on-hard-to-understand-syndrome from time to time too.
