    Older 3100s also use the 2 seperate sensors. Mine does, and I know Korbendallas's 95 did as well, cause he mentions it in his swap guide.

      yeah the 94-95 engines still used the sensor in the head.

        So, if I splice the green sensor wire into the yellow CTS wire, does anyone know if it will throw a code to the ECM?

          it shouldnt throw any codes. and should work. i'd assume that the two sensors use the same temp vs. resistance values to provide the right info for the cluster to read right.

            I also have another question...I just got, off of eBay, a set of 3100 injectors from a 97 Lumina. Can I use those injectors with the 3400 fuel rail, or do I have to replace the fuel rail as well?
