Upgrading 2.8 "W" engine.

I was wondering about the amount of improvement in HP and Torque if I get a 3-angle valve grind as well as an Extrude Hone the heads. I currently (since 10/8 own a 6000 STE which I love to drive in the windy twisty sections of roads I find near my home. Any answers would be much appreciated.

It won't be anything exciting. Extrude hone won't do much where you need it most on those heads and a 3 angle valve job is stock. Even the best valve job for flow is going to be a smaller part of the overall improvement potential for the 2.8 gen 2 heads. Whats it cost to have the heads extrude honed?
