Intake design info?

Intake manifold design has been my latest research focus area, and I've learned alot, but just wondering if anyone has any good sites, books, or ramblings they think are worth a look?
I'm looking for indepth stuff like runner size calculating, intake pulse tuning, plenum theory, etc....
Or anything on header design as well, since that's where I'll be concentrating next year.

there is a program im trying to find, but its for 4 cylinders I think...sadly. virtual 4 stroke. Also

Thanks though, but that basically just goes through how and why they built that intake.

The virtual 4 stroke program sucks? I was really interested in finding it till I read it was 4 cylinder.

Sorry, only meant the site sucked, and I was only half kidding on that. It's just one of the first I found, and not very informative.
