between 2900 and 3K with me in it, it's pretty light.

It's been pushed out of the garage for the winter and is going under a tarp, it's fate is yet to be determined.. I'm starting a "big block" swap on the family go kart right now.. Mild Honda GX390 (should be ~20 HP when i'm done) taking the place of a dead 5 Hp Briggs. Hello burnouts

I'm entertaining the idea of going project car-less for a while to save up for something i've always wanted. I've got a good chance to find that something next year if i can save up enough. That means the Camaro will go up for sale as a roller, ITB's will be sold and quite a few other misc things. I probably won't have the heart to part out my 3500 though, it'll get saved for something extra special down the road.

We'll see.. got all winter to make that call.

I might have to re-think my rear end choice after watching those vids.

At least it looks like it's a set of spiders and nothing real expensive and a pain to set up like a ring and pinion.

I decided on a t56 mostly because I already had it. So far the majority of cost in getting it to work has been buying the clutch and flywheel. The sbc adapter is only $70 iirc.

6 speeds with 4.11 gears is fun

I see them used for about 1K all the time, and IIRC, it's based on a T5, which should make it more of a bolt in and go deal.

    How much do TKOs cost?

2 but nothing to write home about, shift cable was mis-adjusted so they were pretty slow.

oh and Crank case pressure going down the track at WOT stays about 2kpa above the baseline. It's good to know that there isn't any excessive pressure, i'd still like more of a vacuum though.
