See, we're thinking as we should... but a girl doesnt want to have sex in HER car... not unless you have a flat large dash to put out the candles..., i dunno, that would have to be an older mazda MPV, they have a football field size dash... a dodge omni however has virtually NO dash board to speak of... very safe

After some of the really, really horrible cars mentioned before, I can no longer resist.

Dare I bring up the Pontiac Fiero? The 4 cylinder model is sloowwwww and gets great mileage, doubly so with the 5 speed manual. Maintenance is easy. The car's not terribly complex, the engine is as simple as it gets. Excellent safety ratings. Only two seats. Doesn't necessarily (depends on who you ask) look like garbage, if it is kept up. You can buy them all over the place for not much money at all. Very, very difficult to have sex in, take my word on it. Very fun to drive, in spite of the lack of power.

Renault Alliance, Renault LeCar, Geo Storm, Pontiac Firefly, Ford Fiesta, Hyundai Pony, Hyundai Accent, Ford Escort, Eagle Summit, Toyota Tercel, Suzuki Sidekick, Saturn SL1, Ford Tempo, Mercury Topaz, Chevy Citation, Dodge Omni, Dodge Neon (96-9, Plymouth Acclaim, Dodge Spirit, Dodge Shadow, Oldsmobile Omega,

I cant think of any more shitty economy cars right now... but this is a good list to pick from , and any of these cars garentee that she will not be invited into any social circles... I think all Hyundai Ponys' are dust in the wind by now, as are the Alliance and LeCar... I think the best car in the list is the Olds Omega..

honestly id say go with a late 90s up j-body with a 2.2l ohv or ecotec. they arent fast, they are reliable, cheap for matinance, cheap for repairs, and there are litterally thousands in the junkyards so if it gets banged up, its cheap to fix.

and sex in a 3rd gen j-body is pretty much impossible

Something you can afford to replace, fix yourself, safe, and has cheap insurance.

Going from personal experiance, the Cutlass Supreme and the Grand AM hold up well in wrecks.

I was T-boned at 45 MPH in my 1995 Cutlass Supreme SL 3100 coupe in the drivers door (the 1988 BLAZER that hit me hit dead between the front wheel, and the B piller). I was knocked off the road, and the front slammed into some metal poles that were protecting an AC UNIT. I bent the poles so badly, they actually knocked into the AC UNIT and knocked it off of it's foundation.

I WALKED AWAY FROM THAT WRECK WITH NOTHING MORE THAN A FEW SCRATCHES ON MY ARM WHEN THE WINDOW SHATTERED!!!!!

Friend of mine was in a 1995 Grand AM going 75. A woman had stopped to turn left and turned right in front of her. They hit head on. She had whiplash, and had to be taken away on a stretcher, but she was out of the hospital that night.

I feel safe in either one of those cars. I just prefer the Cutlass Supreme because it is a little bigger.

You might also think about something that only has two seats and limited storage space. Preferably with a very high and wide armrest between. I guess it depends on how much the word "boyfriend" raises your blood pressure, though.

I suspect that one day, the only thing between myself and what should be Justifiable Homicide will be the wheedling, teary-eyed, spoiled daddy's girl of a monster I'm quite certain I would end up creating.

whats your budget? if you say $10k i would suggest a small "micro car" such as a yaris or other little "cute" car (maybe even a used saturn for under 5k), all the latest in safety, cant pack a lot of distraction (friends) into one and great on gas... best part is they're really slow so dont expect many speeding tickets unless she has a 5 mile stretch to get up to 50mph

another good thing for her is that you'll never be tempted to steal it because its a girls car

    whats your realistic budget?

J-body FTW. if it's a 2nd gen(88-94) Don't get a 4cyl Sunbird, those motors always blow up, if it's a 3rd gen(95-04) i suggest a 2.2 car, as those seem to be more reliable than the 2.4 versions. an ecotec would be good too, very reliable, but those are only in 02+ cars
