Here it is again! Since everyone will probably be out of town, I thought it only fitting to have a little fun.
Big thing now is voting on the most popular/influential American.
My vote goes to someone who epitomizes America! He has never held any office, never been arrested, never freed anyone, never had a sex scandal, only made us laugh! And he never worried about a thing!

My Memorial Day weekend was ruined yesterday afternoon by a stupid woman...

We were supposed to be closing on our house today, but they are having issues communicating with the previous owner now that she lives out of state. Ironically, the closing date was originally June 1, but the owner wanted it pushed up for some tax reasons or something. And now its being delayed because of her stupid ass...

So why does this ruin my weekend? Well, we are planning on doing alot of work to the house in the next month while we still have our apartment. And what better time to do it than a 3-day weekend? Well, now we can't really do anything. Well, we do plan on still doing some work, just not to the extent that we had planned since its not officially ours yet. Don't think it would be very smart to start ripping panelling off walls and replacing with sheetrock when we don't even rightfully own it yet.

Sorry, just had to rant...

Do like me, get wasted, repeat. Im feeling really lazy today, which isn't good cause its friday. Im waiting on stuff to arrive so I mail it all out so to me its a 3 day weekend to do what I should be doing today. Ill probably just finish up a set of heads today that will take me oh, 1 hour at the most. I was originally planning on tuning and fixing tony's car this weekend but he has been spending all his time fixing the car so thats pushed to next weekend at this point.

SO yeah, ill be moving some couch's out of the basement at my friends house where I am staying, and if im feeling really ambitious this weekend, maybe paint down there as well. Oh, and shampoo the carpets. Already spent this week cleaning up my shop space and getting the bulk of my parts here Gotta bring down the engine stand and see what it takes to put the new oil pan and mains on the DOHC block. Yeah, thats probably what this weekend will turn into, but today...im outta here in an hour!

Well, I plan on maybe going down to Toledo to meet up with some W-body guys, and to sell some parts, and then Sunday go to a grad party for my cousin.

Hopefully, Saturday getting drunk, and then sometime this weekend cleaning my garage and some other stuff.

I doubled over this weekend and made some money! Coulda tripled but there was beer to be drank at Herrin Festa. Its 3:30 and my fucking head is still killing me.
