Two of those photos are my intake, too (the 2nd and 3rd photos).

Just to clear up some confusion, the Falconer LIM is very different from the stock 2.8 / 3.4 LIM. The port size and shape are completely different. If you were to lay a stock upper intake on the Falconer LIM, the ports wouldn't even come close to matching up. Also, there is no cold start / idle air passage in the Falconer LIM. And there are no provisions for sensors (like the cold-start switch, fan switch, coolant temp sensor*, etc). There is, however, a big opening on one end with a passage leading down to the lifter valley, presumably for a crankcase vacuum system.

*My Falconer intake has a coolant temp sensor installed, because the previous owner had a hole drilled and tapped for it.

I may have missed it, but do you still have that Gen 2 lower?

Here is a page I was given when looking at the 300+ hp race engine during its assembly process in the 80s.

Grantman - yes, one of these would fit on your engine. A Fiero owner was able to get one of these running with his GM computer. What's missing? You will need as bigcheese asks linkage to connect the two throttle shafts, injector hold down rings.

If you have interest, you can forward the photos to Kinsler or Linder fuel injection to get quotes but you may want to do some pre-research and have an idea of what you want to do (type of sensors to drill the intake for, updated injectors, different fuel rail, port matching, etc.) the list can be simple or long. Expect to hear $4,500 and up for custom jobs. If you know machinist, open wheel race car engineers, and along with people who know these intakes you can do it for $500 and up. I used two machinist, a guy from Kinsler who now lives close to me, and some other sources.

Your pic that falconer sent, is that exactly what one would be getting? any linkages for the throttles or any injector hold down rings?

so these are a direct fit to a 3.4 PR camaro motor? can a stock head be ported to get anywhere close to the size of these or does it take the falconer heads also? What all is miising to make these work?

These are the intakes laid out on the floor on Falconer's shop floor in California when I was looking at them. I was sent a fuel rail and the air horns.

I thought I had loaded this picture a few days back. I've had issues when trying to type longer messages. If I take long, I'm automatically logged out.

The 5 iron head intakes are to the left and on the right is the aluminum head intakes. I donated one to an automotive shop class but I'll take $20 each plus shipping for each top. No interest by May = time to hit the recycle yard since there is no lower manifold to put them on. You could have a place like Hogan's intake make a fabricated lower. The port size is far different than stock.
