just because I don't really know, but this replace the throttle body and MAF entirely, and I can still use my stock PCM or a modified PCM for this to work?

I'm not exactly sure what your asking? This unit replaces the entire upper intake manifold. You can't use a MAF. You will have to tune, which can be done on the stock OBD 2 ecu

I guess what I meant to say was does this replace the MAF, and Throttle body? Also how would I even program it with no MAF?

There was some discussion about that in another thread. I think it was decided that since there's no flag available to disable the MAF, you'd just have to disable the code and tune with the VE tables.
