Is $308 a good price for a rebuild kit?

I am about to rebuild the Getrag 282 in mt '88 fiero GT.
National Drivetrain has quoted me $308 for a full rebuild kit that includes all bearings, seals, gaskets and synchros.
Does that seem like a good price?
Does anyone know where I can get it cheaper?
