There is no debate... most people just don't get it, that's all...

well, if 95sleeperacheiva could take advantage of the octane and add more spark, it will make more HP.... but 110 is FAR beyond the point of diminishing returns for this motor.

    CAI Semi-complete

Well, I got it out of the engine compartment. At a cost of $116 for 2 45 deg 3.5" elbows and 2 3.5" silicone couplers, it's one of the most expensive mods I've done yet.

It feels like a waste. I doubt I'm going to shave off much time and I would have rather'ed spent the money on chip, line-lock, air-bags, or put it towards future steering to manual conversion, brake to manual conversion, or fuel system upgrades. It was one of those things that bothered me too, just had to do it.

OH yes, we ARE making it to track today! Now i feel bad about cracking on my wife in other post. She's buying me the gas. I found a guy local that sells 110 octane on the pump! Granted it's $7.75 a gallon..... Wifey bought me 5 gallons. Good thing too, last night I pumped out the gas from the tank....it pumped a cup, literally and was empty. I think the sending unit ain't reading right.
