  • forgot to connect hard coolant line to LIM...easy to fix???

As I put my engine back together for my 3100 topend swap I bolted the LIM down and then put the fuel rail and injectors on and valve covers and all that, and as I went to bolt the plenum on I noticed that I forgot to connect the hard coolant line to the rear of the LIM before I bolted it down. Is there a way to connect it without unbolting the LIM, or do I have to tear it all apart again???

Well I tore it all back apart, since it only took me like 10-15 minutes to do anyways, however I connected the line and now the intake manifold won't even come close to lining up. The line hits the head (I'm guessing the hole where it went into the 3.1 manifold stuck further out or something) and the intake manifold won't move any further. I have pulled on the intake manifold and got it within a half inch of lining up with the front of the engine, but it is way off side to side as well...it needs to move towards the firewall like an inch or more. I'm getting frusterated with this stupid thing, but I will just keep bending it until I get it in the right spot.

      Thanks,
