Perhaps add some sort of reinforcing "ribs" or other such structure to it?

That intake will destroy low end, so for a daily driver I dont think its worth doing. With a manual trans and the cam/other work to run it to 7k+, sure. I have an idea that will use the stock 3400 lower, with porting done to it and bell mouthed openings to the lower. Then a large plenum on top that has no runner portions built in.

YeaI am not worried about low end. I have a Fiero witch is pretty lightweight as well as a manual tranny.

it might be low on torque but I am sure that a 3.2 with a larger roller cam and some head work would still produce more torque then my wimpy iron head 2.8 does now.

Besides i have nitrous to help me out in the low end dept if I really need it.

I just think it would be nice to have it. I mean come on, who woul not install that on their 3x00 if they came across it?
