guess i shoulda just ported my exhaust manifolds when i tore my top end apart, but im planning on making a set of headers for it, so i figured it would be a waste of time. oh, well, might pick up a set from a j/y and port them or start trying to model headers after them.

That must be the key. I put on a 2 1/2" inch full exhaust this year and it made almost no difference in 1/4 mile times. I've done everything now except the exhaust manifolds so that must be what's holding me back. Now will someone please start making headers for the 91-95 cars?

Yes there was porting done as well. I was on street tires. 60 time have to dig out the time slip to see what it said I went 14.58 I only had like 3 gallons of gas in the car to.

You mention polished exhaust manifolds. Is there any porting done to those as well? Also, what was your 60" on that pass and what kind of tires were you on?

havent ran the 91 yet, but i will as soon as i replace the windshield and get it running right again. thatll have to wait till next season as the second week in october, bandimere pretty much shuts down.

Cool, I guess W-body cars are quicker with this motor than I thought.
