Tell me more about the FF control arm bushings, what materail are they made out of?

I am not sure what material they are made out of. They are stock acdelco ones. I only have the FF ones. Not the FR ones iirc that that is the name.

By cam covers do you mean the front and rear valve covers? Or am I way off?

Yes, they are the valve covers. I just call of cam covers cause they don't cover the valves on the Dohc engine.

probably the plastic ones.. if you need the cam carrier cover i have a set sandblasted..
