I just picked up a mint condition oldsmobile cutlass supreme with a 3100, I am having some issues when i start the car, If i get in and turn the key quick not allowing the pump to fully prime it will sound like its running out of fuel, then the engine dies and it takes a couple mins to get it to start again, But if i key the key and wait 10-15 secs without starting the engine it will run and idle with no issues.
I am assuming the fuel filter is clogged ? or possibly the fuel pump is going out?? any help would be great thanks guys.
