3400 mis.

there seams to be a mis in my motor . so i started with the basics. new plugs,wires,coils and then the car ran for about a hour and it shut off. the crank sensor had let go so theres a new one of them on too now . but the mis is still there . what could be my problem ?? i dont know what to do anymore .
