GM made a 1600hp 3.6 twin turbo and used the stock crank and block. I think its a good setup to build on:P

I thought that was the short star in the Cavi (3.5 dohc)? It ran in the 6's.

I heard it was a 3.6 downstroked to a 3.5 to fit with in class rules. Has any one got any pics of this thing....... I can't seem to find any!

I can remember the first Drag Race I went to, CT Dragway, in the EARLY 70s. A Top Fuel Dragster set the track record at 6.66 sec!!! Things HAVE come a LONG way!!

                      That is neat.
With pump gas you can easily retain 400HP with those injectors. For E85 you probably will be looking for 55lb injectors and a twin pump conversion might be of interests.

Crank that boost up and crack that whip!

I swear earlier it looked like 20k... Oh well. So now it rates right up there with the Honda guys spinning 10k, and it's an American v6 to boot It's also only 1,600 hp too. I had a screaming nephew and niece behind me to defend my case...

Im actually going to be getting a set of 160lb injectors plus a twin pump set up. I'll start with E85 on the GT3582 then i'll move up to the GT42.....i think i'll need a built bottom end by then!!!!
