I blew a set of felpro with boost too. Never a 04 graphite GM gasket thoOriginally posted by ssdurango View PostOk, I can't wait on these. Are 2004 3400 gm gaskets my best choice for my supercharged 3.4? The felpros developed a leak after a year or so. I've heard about severe service fel pros but I can't find them for the 3400. Any suggestions?

I've moved away from Fel-Pro's as well for the same reason. I'll be getting 04 3400 ones.
And Ben, Thank you for everything regarding this matter.

I can't wait that long. It's going to take two weeks to get stuff here to begin with.
Will you please ship the rest of my order as soon as you can?
I will use GM gaskets.
Thanx

We just keep asking so you don't forget to update the thread.Originally posted by SappySE107 View PostRead the terms and conditions on wot-tech. Until they fail to replace the gaskets (this is their fix for the problem, not refunds), I am not breaking my terms and conditions. I am not giving them an indefinite amount of time by any means.
Waiting on engineers. That was what I heard Friday. They asked for pictures of the block Wed or Thurs, so they aren't sitting around doing nothing about this. I will update as soon as I hear something positive. Asking me for updates doesn't make things go faster.
And the long wait blows since most of us are on a schedule... I need my car done before the end of April no questions asked.... Middle of April is more desired.Last edited by 3400-95-Modified; 03-20-2010, 12:55 PM.

That's a step in the right direction...Originally posted by SappySE107 View Postbut I did hear of progress (design is done, they are no longer left/right).
I was confused on left/right before, unless 3900's require that, but I guess that shouldn't really matter as long as there is just an "up" tab thats not going to get in the way of something exterior of the motorLast edited by 3400-95-Modified; 03-17-2010, 09:10 AM.

The whole problem with that is I pulled my motor apart this year... I do NOT want to be pulling it apart again next year... for one that means the heads would need to be surfaced yet again... I don't know how many times you can do that to an aluminum head before your reaching the limit of basically shaving it.
I'll keep my eye on this thread, but as ssdurango said, I can only hold out about another week after this one... Maybe 2 at the most, but I would like to have the gaskets before the middle of April.
