  • 96 GP Wires and Coil Relocation

I am doing a 96 top end swap on my car and I know for the 96 rear wires they will not be long enough to reach where I have my coils. I don't really want to relocate them to the 96 location neither.

Are there any wires that would work with the 96 setup that would reach over there?

Use two sets & make one or custom make your own wires. That is my opinion.

I may have to get to sets and use both fronts from both sets. I don't think they make a universal kit that would work with the DOHC's. The spark plug is kind of far from the surface.

I guess I will have to keep my eye out for a universal kit. If anyone knows of a universal kit let me know!

          Sweet. Thanks!

Only problem is it is going to be a little different on mine because it has a 96 engine in it and I can't have the rear stalks on the wires.
