Cam gear puller 91 GP

I need to know, where to get a cam gear puller or how to get the lockrings out of the cam gears so that I can time my motor, it is a 91 and anywehre I look it says remove bolts.. cam gears slide off. mine don't slide off anyways thanks for the help

I figured it out, amazing what reading can do for you, but THE WAY it works is that you can use a steering wheel or harmonic balancer puller, but there's more, take three 2 1/2 inch long 5/16 dia. bolts and put the heads of the bolts into the slots on the cam gear, you then put the end of the bolts thru the puller slots and put washers and nuts on them. and pull away ...
make sure that the puller is straight by the way and by 5/16 diameter i mean a bolt that accepts a 1/2 nut doesn't matter what threads just so you have a bolt 2 and a half inches long

could you possibly put picss? I retimed the motor but i wanna do the 13* retard, so even if its an MS pain thing, i wanna see

Here are some pics of the puller, but not in action, i am too lazy to take pics and work at the same time, plus this is with the motor out of the car so you may need to find a shorter puller, but you need the 2 1/2" long bolts to get into the sprocket... also there is the 5 speed with shiny paint on it that wil never be seen again... god i hope i never have to take that engine out ever again EVER. and what jabbing screwdrivers into your fingers does to your white cell count... enjoy
