94 z-34 won't start - timing chain?

Timing belt will skip a tooth or a few teeth...

The 91 sheared teeth clean off the belt at the bottom pulley once. You couldn't tell the belt was bad until you took it off the engine. I thought for sure my chain had snapped when the belt wasn't turning with the engine.
