I have the 3.4 out of the car and completely apart. There is a sensor coming out the side of the front head. I think this is an oil pressure sensor? can someone please verfiy this? I would like to put in an oil pressure gauge, so I'm hopeing this is an oil pressure sensor.

Coolant temperature sensor. Green wire, right? Yeah that's the CTS which I think works the cluster gauge, while the 2 wire CTS in the lower intake manifold is what the computer reads and uses to make fueling decisions.
Oil pressure sender is riiiiight on top of the oil cooler - you can't miss it. If you dont have one, it's probably right next to or on top of the oil filter.

Huh? Then what would the sensor be underneath the TPS and IAC, located on same harness?Originally posted by BlueShiftCoolant temperature sensor. Green wire, right? The one in the LIM? That's the coolant temperature sensor. The one on the head is for the temp gauge, the one in the LIM is for the computer..Originally posted by pepsi_cokeHuh?
