  • our Adj fuel pressure reg... how high of pressure?

does anyone know how high we can set the FPR to on these? just saw someone had one up to 60psi. i may use on on my L67 fuel rail as i have like 2 others in my tool box

I'm gussing his unit is similar to the caspers one and I'm running 63PSI on that. You may need a pump that can support 60+ though, I don't know if a stock one can handle that well.

a walbro 255 lph can handle 63 psi just fine. Either the "low" or "high" pressure model will work. They are withing a few psi of each other. But the flow rate drops some as the psi increases. I use one in my grandam with the tce afpr at 62 psi.

If your going to run that high of pressure i would go for the Walbro 255LPH HP it doesnt fall off as much with the HP model. i run that in my Z34 turbo, originally had a 12:1 FMU so @7psi it would have been crazy fuel pressure... 12x7psi=84 psi increase +42psi FPR=126psi at the rail, the pump seemed to keep up very well. unless my math fails me.

read the link below, it will tell you what your flow is at what PSI:

Yeah your right Redz. Never looked at it that way but that would be a really high fuel pressure figure with boost added into the equation. Perfectly good for n/a tho

I run the HP version as well since I'm using nitrous

Is there anything else out there beside the Walbro brand that is able to push more volume at the same rate as the 255 HP? I have a need to fill -8 AN lines and I am seeing a drop off nearing the end of a 1/4 mile run.
