i doubt anybody here will make you a set, they are expensive and time consuming. i could make my own but i dont feel like spending the time on it i would rather buy prefabed ones.

By the way Scott you knew exactly what I meant, that included in the 96 Heads would be everything to make them work. As for how much to do the swap I would say less than $500 since you can get entire 96 motors from Junkyards for that cheap. Use what you need then sell the rest. All total it would still be cheaper than doing custom headers since most people can swap the heads, but most people can not weld or even own a welder.
Say all you want about the headers Miltzy makes, but atleast we do have an option. The Miltzy headers are for the automatics. He could not do equal length, and them fit in the engine bay without modifying anything. If you want perfect headers, then make them yourself.
Are his headers Cheap - Yea when you consider we had NOTHING except the stock manifolds!
Are his headers perfect - No but look at our engine bay, to make headers fit without moving or redesigning the engine bay they are about the best they could be.
Only a few people have done custom headers and all of them had manuals if I am not mistaken.

Over $12K invested, and still its slow. Maybe thats because thats most all repairs. Don\'t knock the engine though, because thats the only part that has seemed to last.
That is why I was questioning exhaust port spacing. Between the OHV 60*v6 and the DOHC. If they were within an inch of each other the could be modified and welded to DOHC exhaust flanges. Since they are becoming mor readily available aftermarket.

if your gonna go through that trouble you might as well start from scratch
I wish 10% of the people on the road knew how to drive
ya thats my car with the headers.... with a recent timing belt tensioner going out and totaling out my engine, i replaced it with a lower milage one and got the header leaks fixed... thing runs like a champ now. despite what the flanges look like, the headers r a great improvement over the stock manifolds. if anyone in michigan wants to come over and see them your more then welcome too...
man I would love to have been offered 500 for the whole engine.. i have 580 in the exhaust manifold, starter, plenum and intake, and a few other odd parts from the one here in houston. I just couldn't find one.. and 300-400 to ship knocks the price right out
