No one make CAMS for the DOHC, so it must be custom.

ditto no cams.... BUT

you can re do the timing! DOHC means 2 intake and 2 exhaust cams. cant change duration for the cams, but you can advance and retard the intake and exhaust.

What are you taking about? No one is trying to sell you anything, Z34phoenix is trying to lead you in the direction you want to go if you want to do the timing change. Again no one makes CAMS for your engine, you have to have THEM custom made.

Headers to 2.5 piping until the y and then 2.25 Y. Muffler is your choice. Depends on what sound you want. I have flowmaster, but I think magnaflow sounds good too. Never heard Borla on a DOHC.

At least two sets of cams have been made for this motor, custom guy who worked with porshe cams or something...whatever

Machinist said he would look for the specs. Yeah right.
Also, his mom bought a GP or something with the 3.4DOHC and the previous owner, chevy dealer guys son, twin turboed it. Such a grand story.

I'll follow up on the two 'go fast' engines.
