Hello from Idaho

I'm not only new to this engine, but to American vehicles alltogether. I origionaly joined the s-10forum, but wasn't able to find too much useful information about my engine on there. I will definately be asking a lot of questions as I plan to rebuild my engine as soon as possible and I'm also looking for places to find performance parts right now, so any pointers will be gladly recieved.
