anyone had any expiriance dealing with them??? im wanting one of their diffs (heard nothing but good things about the products). i e-mailed them nearly a week ago with no responce as of yet, and i had e-mailed them quite a while ago aswell with no responce. are they usualy slow with e-mails, or does this reflect their customer service in general???
