He was driving the the rain in the vid though. And in the rain, bald tires have always been my mortal enemy. Also with bald tires, the weight on that corner will be spread out on a larger footprint vs good tires. Weight spread out = less PSI per square inch on the same footprint. Owning a truck, I know what no weight on the tire foot print does for me when I drive.
