There is one here that is trying to go for the coffee/internet cafe theme, the other 2 are normal.

    Exactly.

I was a manager there for 5 years, each store has corporate standards to go by when it comes to service, equipment, food prep. Theme and overall store design has to be approved through corporate but you can do some wild things as long as it's approved.

I ran 3 stores, 2 were fairly new but the third was in the low 500's.. it was crazy old.

    McDonalds question

I've searched the internet to an extent and cant find anything on this question that came up with friends...

At our mcdonalds here we have it basically tributed to Elvis Presley and the 60's and i know all mcdonalds doesn't have elvis guitar playing statues in theirs.. I also know of a couple others like in tennessee one in kentucky etc... How many mcdonalds have an elvis theme and why/how was it started?
Working...
