Good to see some progress! I like the silver block a lot.

Only been out of Florida for 3 days and I'm ready for winter to be over. It sure was windy down south but it was warm. If I wasn't riding in a friends car I might have checked out your build and Joseph's.

    That's a MegaSquirt standalone ECM .

Got the block stripped, bead-blasted, pressure washed, and painted today ...

Got all the gaskets and bearings, should be here Tue, but could only find chrome-molly rings (anybody got a scoop where to find stock rings?), and ran into an un-expected cam bearing replacement , guess I'm buying yet another tool to complete this project.

Aeromotive FP good for 800hp under boost and 1000hp N/A rebuilt after it came off a 9sec GN. Also a 38mm Tial external wastegate. Got both for $420

Dunno. Nobody has done this swap, so I don't have any proven info on this particular combo. I'll probably just have to use trial and error.

Heh, my friend had a 3.4l camaro 5spd with headers and mods, and I would walk away from him with passengers in the car every time. Then he totaled it when he had to hit a ditch to avoid a semi that was coming head on for him. He got a 305 RS after that and he says it's slower than his 3.4l!!!
