I used 4 of the original studs from the old manifolds, 2 on each side for alignment.. the other 8 i used regular metric oil pan bolts. I've never had a problem with them backing out.

It's a bit of a pain to get the 10 and 13mm wrench on the back ones but i've done it several times now so it's not impossible..

Thanks Dave. I was wondering if you might have had a chance to look at a couple of the recent datalogs that I posted and how you think my tune is at this time? Still has some random knock and more of it.lol

Get the new style sway bar that goes under the exhaust... Not having a front sway bar would suck! I doubt it's 30lbs. Doesnt feel like it.

Here are my two latest logs. Dlog six is cold start and highway cruise. Dlog seven is a short 40-45 mph cruise and an eleven second blast from zero to eighty mph beginning around sample # 970. It looks like it might a little lean at WOT still. What do you think?

you deffenetly need more WOT fuel from 1k RPM to 4800 RPM, 90-100 Kpa. it's running around 800 mV which is about a 13-13.5 AFR. 4800-6400, 90-100 Kpa could use a tad more fuel as well. Typically you look for around 950Mv at WOT.. that's about a 12.8 AFR (give or take a little).

The cruse side of the VE table needs some fine tuning, It runs rich.. then starts running lean. Once you get the VE dialed in it'll settle down.. 127-129 is what i shoot for on the BLM's.. getting them perfect is nearly imposssible.

ooo looks like a good thread to start getting help on tuning my setup. i have no idea where to start at for tuning. all i know how to do is all hardware side and very little software side. i can datalog, read and burn chips. but jump into tuning, i dont know where to start. and i get confused on all the info online. i need a walk through with my specific .xdf pretty much to get the frasp of it all and get onto it on my own.

im using that $A1 XFD superdave wrote
