So i scanned my car again today and things make no sense... In first gear i get almost zero knock, in third gear i get almost zero knock, and in 4th i get zero knock, yet 2nd gear has 6-7 degrees of knock.. its the only gear with the problem and my LTFT are dialed right in at 0 with 02s in the 860mv range, sparks right around 23 - 24*

when does the knock happen. what rpm, is it right when it changes into 2nd gear or somewhere throughout 2nd.

i get a little knock going into 2nd but mines like a degree or 2 and its from the solid mount i got.

                your files are gone now.

how do your plugs look, try running some seafoam through the top-end to clean some of the crap out.

does the knock happen every time

Off the bat you have a couple problems.

                    1. PE Delay is active. When at WOT you should immediately be in FTC 3, not having to wait a couple seconds. Good luck in getting this fixed, PT won't touch it and I don't think HPT will either.

                    2. LTFT must be at 0 anytime your at WOT. ANYTHING LESS IS UNACCEPTABLE. During your entire WOT run you were pulling about 3.9% of fuel from your commanded AFR settings.

                    3. When you go WOT, stay at WOT or get completely out of the throttle. Right at your 1-2 shift you backed out to about 3/4 throttle, then WOT again. This screwed up the commanded AFR fueling. Instead of staying rich the entire run, it tried to lean out slightly then richen back up. This only aggravated your KR problem.

Aside from doing a VE tune i can just Scale the Maf and lower A/F ratio on PE?

do your tune and whatnot on the stock file not the 1.5 bin you got from DHP, if you do it on the 1.5 you wont get the best results.

the 1.5 has nothing modified in fuel / spark anyway, its mostly tranny changes and little things like that
