    hey me again with another problem lol.. i started my 3400 swapped cavalier and it runs and idles on its own but it doesnt sound good.. sounds like a pretty bad misfire and it backfires through the exhaust quite a bit and its suckin lots of air through the intake..you can hear it..i have a k&n on there. i'll see if i can get a video posted with a link to it for you guys if needed..any opinions

    Did you mix up the push rods?

      nope i tagged them all as well a the rocker arms as i took them off so they would all go back in their original places. what would cause too much fuel though, or not enough spark. i know probably a number of things but is there anything i can do with the pcm to adjust the timing/fuel

        i got the car working quite good now, the plug wire were on wrong. someone in another post gave me the wrong order they were supposed to be in..car works almost perfect now
