jc whitney probably has some springs for up front. i'm not 100% sure but i think your rear suspension is sort of odd, like 1 big leaf spring for the rear tires, i dunno there. dont quote me on that. if it is maybe you can do it like the trucks do, just put like a 1/2" block in there. i'm not sure how its setup. im not 100% on how it will effect the camber of your wheels either, might need to adjust that after its lowered.

this what ive been thinking but im sure its not a good idea. I can get my springs heat and lower it that way but im not sure if that would work in the back. Your right about the leaf spring in the back and im not sure how to lower it. i dont think theres a block or anything.

If you you heat the springs you'll mess up the temper and the spring rates so they will probably become a hazard to your saftey, you are right, not a good idea. maybe if you measure the springs you have you can compare them to similar cars (lumina, maybe newer GP's) and maybe find a shorter spring to lower with. in the back, i dunno what to do there. if you can find a way to move the spring up a little, i think thats about all you can do. unless there is a way you can relocate where the spring mounts on the wheel carriers. do they bolt in or just rest on a perch?
Where are you W-body guys at? i know at least one of you can help.

Since it's a leaf spring in the back, you might check out truck lowering parts. They have shackles that raise the spring without having to custom fab anything. Don't know if there's anything that will work with your application however, but it's a proven safe way to change the height of a leaf spring.

front options (easier): suspension techniques, eibach, or intrax lowering springs for 95+ monte. eibach and intrax you must buy set of four. supposedly, st springs are 1.5" drop, eibach are 1.3" drop, and intrax are 1.8"
rear options (harder): regal gs monoleaf, birchmount lowering leaf (metal, any drop you want), flex-a-form (fiberglass), or coilovers from fastforwardperformance or another company i cant remeber the name of.
my gp has st springs and modified heldmotorsports coilovers (they are made for montes). any more specifics, feel free to ask me or do a search on w-body.com in the suspension forum. it has been discussed in depth there.
