So basically it's a returnless fuel rail, but there is still a return line to the tank. Still seems simple enough if the regulators are readily available.

can we use some windows paint to show which line is which? i see like 5 pipes on that thing....i need this for my 3500 in the fiero3500, 1280 cam and PR, ls6 valve springs, port and polished heads, ported lim, ported uim, 4.3 70mm tb, ported trueleo headers and y pipe ALL FOR SALE (minus the car)

Look closely and you can see that two of those fittings are quick disconnects with barbed ends for hose connection of the inlet and return lines already on the car. The straigth tube pointing straight ahead 180 degress away goes to the fuel rail. As mentioned earlier the regulator has to be carefully cut away from the fuel rail so there will be artifacts left on it to avoid damaging it.
