            Interesting......even though you sanded off the bearing material on the journal it maybe out of round......then again you may get lucky....I hope you do so we can see the numbers!

                the stock tb size on a 3800 supercharged is 69mm. i had 2 eaton superchargers with tb, so i took the butterfly out of one and bored out my 3400 tb, so it would be 69mm.

                  Are you sure about that? I had a 3400 TB bored out to 65mm with a 62mm I.D. sleeve as the part where you clamp the air tube too was no more after boring on the small parts.

                          Ya it is running good. Idles like crap because he i running the stock tune right now. I saw him keep up with a 13 second ls1 camaro in it.

                            Does he have a FMU at least then?? How much PSI? That turbo is pretty small too.

                                garrett t25, it has boost creep bad though because the internal wasgate is too small. 7-8 psi in first, 9-10 in second, and 10-11 in third. its running about a 14.0- 14.1 right now and it starts losing power in second and third. im hoping the tune fixes it.
