3x00 pan and pump on a 2.8?

id like the extra oil capactiy, and the structural design helps too
does it fit in a 2.8/3.1 ?

Yes, but you need to swap the 2.8 rotating assembly into a 3100.. then you'd have a 2.8 with the better pan
