    Doing a intake gasket change on 97 lumina 3100.
    thought I was finished went to start car and gas pouring from back fuel rail where gas line is bolted in. Took off while doing job didnt go back together hard ,seems like there should be a o-ring in it or something, got me . Took off plenum retightened fuel line still pours out . any help would be appreciated

    Yeah, the same thing happened first time I pulled my fuel rail. There should be an o-ring inside the rail. I know mine fell out as I was pulling the line from the rail. Ever since that time, I've made sure to check that there is an o-ring at every connection.

      OK. Thanks called local chevy dealer and guy said no dont see any o-ring. Same guy gave me head bolts instead of intake bolts. wife pick em up half way into job figured wrong . gonna go to different place for quick disconnect bypass hose leaking now. Went to pepboys got help actually and got an o-ring in fuel rail it aint leaking hope it stays that way. whats so quick about that disconnect any way
