  • More results from my 3500Z!

    273.7 WHP and 257.25 WTQ!

Which is around 315 HP and 296 TQ at the crank..

13.992 @ 103.64MPH was my best time of the night, it cooled off nicely but right after that we got rained out so i didn't get any more runs in..

I'll post up the timeslip, videos, dyno graph and the dyno run breakdown sheet with wideband data later (been a long day).

    Later,
    Dave

Damn, those are solid numbers Dave!!!!

I wish I coulda made it over, the rain, plus a sore/tender appendix area made me sit it out. Maybe we should try to get 1 more track day together this year. :-D

Awesome! With just a few less cubes, this means I can get close to my 250hp goal.

Can't wait to see the graphs.

I'm ready to whoop up on some 3800II f-bodies!

Awesome numbers Dave. Can't wait to see the vids. He posted this build sheet on V6Z24 http://www.v6z24.com/jbodyforum/my-0...ve-t90913.html. But he is running different injectors now.

Dang so I have to beat 273whp?

Too bad your not OBD-II, we could share tuning info. Get both of our beasts to run better!

Dave has a super rowdy cam, and looooong tube headers. Not as street friendly as your build.

Wow, never thought I'd see those numbers N/A from a small V6 pushrod!!

nice dave! invest in some slicks for that because at 275HP your times should be wayyyy faster.
                got zap-straps?

His cam isn't THAT different than mine

But his CR does beat mine, kinda wish I put something other than stock headgaskets on now.

Mine will be 11:1 compression while N/A, then around 8.7:1 for boost

Dave, what head gaskets did you use?

I guess I'll just have to weld an M90 onto a spare 3500 upper to beat ya guys

Would you like to see a custom manifold to use it? I saw CNC guy was making something that would work, now I want to try.

I would def do it in the future if CNC guy made a manifold for it!

I need to find out if he finished it. I have a few CNC machines, and would be willing to make some in the near future. I don't know about clearance on FWD hood, though.

Yeah clearance would be a big issue. I would be sweet to keep it all under the hood, but I know it can't all fit.
